I AM a: homeschool mom to an only child, chronic list-maker, reluctant vegetarian, horrible interrupter and wife to an absent-minded professor

I WAS a: classroom teacher, drama princess, Nordstrom shopper and lost

I LOVE: God {first}, my family {second} and coffee/flip flops/babies/Diet Pepsi/fresh air/cheese/sleep/organizing {in no particular order}

I HATE: tomatoes, regrets, generic Legos, cilantro, Alzheimer’s, the sound of crunching ice, Crohn’s and humidity

I CANNOT: pronounce “peculiar”, understand the rules of football, apply eye shadow or lose my salvation

I WANT to: go on an African safari, become a morning person, learn to enjoy exercise and understand why cats do what they do

I HAVE: too much fluff for my height, a MAEd in curriculum development, a bad habit of rolling my eyes and a mint green laptop

I WISH that: cheese was a healthy source of protein, pets didn’t have to die, I gave more hugs and a cure would be found for both Alzheimer’s and Crohn’s

I WORRY that: I’m not teaching our son enough, my future daughter-in-law won’t like me, I’ll never paint the hallway and my husband won’t live long enough to see our future grandchildren
